RETURNS POLICY

We really want all of our animals to find perfect new homes but if for some reason you would like to return yours, you have 30 days to do so and request a replacement or a full refund.

How to return to sender:

• Send us an email to info@alloftheaboveshop.com to let us know that you would like to receive a replacement or a full refund and make sure you include your order number so we can join the dots.

• Repack the item in the original packaging it came in - and to keep things nice and fair, make sure your item is in the same condition it arrived in.

• As much as all the world is made of faith, and trust, and pixie dust do make sure you keep proof of postage for any returned item(s), we can’t rightly replace or refund items we don’t receive back without one.

• Once we receive your returned item, we'll get a replacement shipped or refund issued to you as soon as possible and we’ll drop you an email to let you know when.

• Finally, we re-home the returned animals and we all live happily ever after.
